Literal translation: I won the day.

Tip:
Notice that the verb Ganhar is conjugated for the person whose day was jut made better. This is very different from the English expression.

= Thank you for the gift. It made my day.

Ritinha adorou o presente. Ela ganhou o dia.
= Ritinha loved the gift. You made her day.
