This sentence teaches you so much more than just a verb conjugation (which you will be practicing too!):
- You’ll learn the Brazilian Portuguese expression dar um pulo, which is how we say “to stop by”.
- You’ll see how we say “at my grandmother’s,” since we don’t use possessive forms like English does.
- You’ll understand how we express “whenever I can,” which is a useful expression to have up your sleeve.

👉🏼 The book should get here in a couple of days. I placed the order yesterday.
Back of the card:
👉🏼O livro deve chegar em uns dois dias. Eu fiz o pedido ontem.
From this one card, you’ll learn:
